All Mediation Costs Up Front and in the Open
- There is no separate administrative fee charged.
- There is no additional multi-party fee or change in the hourly prices.
- There are no cancellation fees.
Stephen E. Garner Fees
All civil and workers’ compensation cases are billed at the rate of $400.00 per hour. This fee is to be shared equally between the parties (i.e. plaintiff/claimant pays ½ - $200.00 per hour and the defendant/insurer pays ½ - $200.00 per hour) unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
The fees are the same for time spent scheduling, reviewing documents, researching, otherwise preparing for the ADR process, as well as reporting to the court-connected ADR programs.
- There is a minimum $1,200.00 charge per mediation.
- Travel will be billed at the rate of $125.00 an hour, to be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Note: Some court-connected programs prohibit or limit travel charges and minimum charges. When participating in these programs, such charges will be billed only as allowed by such programs.
Steve Schneider Fees
All general civil and domestic cases are billed at the rate of $175.00 per hour. This fee is to be shared equally between the parties (i.e. plaintiff pays ½ - $87.50 per hour and the defendant pays ½ - $87.50 per hour) unless the parties agree in writing.
The fees are the same for time spent scheduling, reviewing documents, researching, otherwise preparing for the ADR process, as well as reporting to the court-connected ADR programs.
